Nick's - Huntsville

Hands down the best meal I 've ever eaten. The wait staff were professional and so friendly, but the food: there aren 't words. I 've spent more for less. My only critique whatsoever is the subtle smoke smell, even in the non smoking room , but we adjusted quickly. My filet was second to none my wife 's bone in ribeye, same. Our sides were flavorful in ways I didn 't think possible. Even our salad was incredible. We will definitely be back, soon!

The best of the best of the best. The vibe and the feel of this restaurant is what you would expect of a locally owned fine dining establishment. Only it 's more. The relaxed bar area has you waiting on Norm to walk in at any moment. The dining room experience was that of a high end country club yet with personality. Even the dishwasher seemed to have received some kind of formal training with respect to hospitality. These folks pay attention to every detail so you don 't have to! Wonderful amazing delicious comfortable. Amazing spot. BELLISSIMO!

We are partial to Nick's as our go to restaurant for a nice evening out as the food is consistently good, the service very attentive and the wine list fairly priced, although we will admit that we usually bring our own wine and pay the corkage fee. Nick's is just the perfect small restaurant atmosphere that gives you the feeling of being welcomed, that you are truly a guest and that they want you to enjoy the evening. The steaks are great, but we usually default to Italian when we go. You can't go wrong either way. Definitely one of the better choices for a night out in Huntsville. Another plus for us, but something perhaps not for others is that they do not allow children.

I can't say enough about our experience tonight. my man and I decided to make a new dinner and we were blown away. it was also our 2nd high-time day. we were kindly greeted with a beautifully decorated table and a happy jubilee card signed by the personal. How sweet and friendly is that? that you never understand. At least we never have. Not only was the atmosphere relaxing and welcoming, but the service was phenomenal to say the least. I was really pleasantly surprised how good the timing was for them to bring out every part of the meal, give them the perfect amount of time to enjoy and be prepared for the next cure. Although we will be full for what feels like the next days, we were worn by the incredible food, staff and service. we didn't want to dessert because we were so full, but the waiter insisted on it and it was the most delicious dessert we ever had, I just made a photo of my main course, but honestly everything was so wonderful. no sweat when they say best steak in huntsville, we have eaten many places and this takes the cake. I can't say enough about this place. if they cooked a place with amazing foods to perfection, incredible server and coworkers, this would be the place I would recommend ten times. Many thanks for giving to my man and me such an unforgettable experience. we will be back without question.
