Jack's - Huntsville

People are so beautiful here the food is amazing. My husband and son absolutely love the crispy chicken sandwiches and their hamburgers and fries are great.

The food was quite fresh and hot and well prepared. The girl in the Drive-Thru was a little withdrawn, but this is typical of fast food sites in Huntsville. Overall good experience and will probably eat there again. ?

This visit was a pickup for the delivery. The front counter personnel complained all the time when I waited for the order. She even went so far that she should just stop and go out. Customers have long waited for mobile orders. Other customers waited for orders. This situation seemed to be very unorganized and unacceptable. Remember that they had prepared sandwiches in the holding station, so that everyone might wait for other items. Nevertheless, I was completely unbelieving how long the whole process lasted?. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant.

I'll stop every morning at 5:30 and they'll let me out. I'm not gonna stop. 5 weeks of wrong orders or just don't get what you order is long enough. A person running in front and a cook trying to do the work of 4 is ridiculous.

If I could I would give a half a star , showed up at 9:36 and was told they didn 't have meat or bone in.had to settle for tenders that were hard and prob a half inch not to mention the rock solid biscuit, manager was upset at they guy who came from the back and tried to take my order since he noticed me waiting over 5 min while everyone on their phones saying you dont know what you doing get back there wash some dishes or something very rude and unprofessional. Seems they don 't like to serve customers when about to close and there phones are more important. Did manage to get the managers name tengala kerby; ghetto and flat out rude and needs to aquire some customer service skills or find a different line of work.
