Fire Spice Culinary Concept

First visit. We will be back. Tom loved his brisket burnt ends sandwich. I had plain smoked chicken, poblano potato salad and smoked veggies. All good. A TON of food; brought home enough for another meal. Did not care for their Dr Pepper bbque sauce but that's just a personal taste. Not loud ... great for those of us who are hearing challenged!

Great food. Atmosphere was fantastic. But our server was even better. Very attentive and quick! We will be back. Highly recommend this establishment!

We loved it! The vegan options were great! Fiesta Chicken rice bowl was a win! We are going to come back for brunch on Saturday or Sunday. The menu looks delicious.

Amazing! I had the Russian Roulette and it was easily the best food truck meal I've ever had. You could taste the heat and freshness throughout. It was ready within minutes and was presented in a little box that was easy to eat from. The name tells you everything you need to know: you get fire and spice!

Oh my goodness!! I cannot begin to describe how much my fiancé and I enjoyed Fire and Spice. First, the owners were extremely helpful in recommending what we should get. My fiancé loves spicy food, so the Russian Roulette was recommended. It 's where they give you three spicy tacos but only one has habanero peppers on it. The really spicy one was the last one for him. The waiting game was so fun for us, and we laughed so hard once he figured it out. Those laughs made the whole experience worth it, BUT WAIT, it gets better! I had the O.G. since I don 't like spicy food. Everything was EXTREMELY fresh. We really couldn 't get over how fresh everything was. I 'll most on to my favorite part: the salsas. Wow!!! They always have the green one, which I ate all of from my plate and my fiancé 's. Then we got to try the summer salsa. It 's made from watermelon!! Yum..it was so refreshing! Seriously, this food truck is a must try!
