IMHO the more run down looking a Latin food establishment is, the better the food will be. El Tapatio and its bright yellow paint job are no exception. The building is well loved and desperately could use an overhaul. But the love that comes out of the kitchen surpasses every aesthetic issue present.
From the chips to the salsa's, the tacos n tostada's, even the Pazole was outstanding. Spectacular service. Relaxing atmosphere!
Great food and service, only recommendation is update menus with better descriptions.
El Tap is the best restaurant in Huntsville amazing food at a fair price !
