Chick-fil-a - Huntsville

I gotta say with Chick fil A having the big inside tunnel playground for kids. It's absolutely wonderful if your family needs to get out of the house, but too cold or too hot to be outside, and only enough money to grab a decent meal that'll at least fill you up. Chick fil A was my family's answer. Maybe it's your family's answer too. ;

Great place to eat and love the food. But the parking and drive thru is Horrible. But the food Makes up for. it.....

This is my third negative review of this CFA. I’ll try to keep it short this time. Long line with one cashier open. Four kids standing behind the counter goofing off and completely ignoring their customers. Didn’t get our food after about 15mins, so we went up to the counter. Our food ended up being on the door dash shelf for some reason, and no one ever called our order name to come get it. They left out our fries, then overheard a girl tell the person we told about the fries say, “oh they only ordered one fry”, 0-1 is still -1 order of fries. Only saw two adults the whole time. One finally came out of the back, then he literally seemed to walk in a couple small circles behind the counter. The computer where they count down tills had an issue and three other employees came behind the one there to try to “help figure it out”. I don’t know what is wrong with this CFA specifically, but it has gone downhill FAST these past couple years.

Chic-Fil-A usually has a pretty consistent quality. We got the grilled chicken club and both of our sandwiches had less than a piece of bacon on them, the meat and cheese were both cold and overall it was not great. Hope they were just having a bad night.

I really like getting home and half my order being missing and someone in my household not getting their meal. Genuinely expect better of chick fil a but i guess i shouldn't.
