Bidra med feedbackI?ve been going here for the greater of a year and this is a must try. High quality food. High quality people.
These fellas... now THESE fellas can make a fine burger. You want a regular cheeseburger? You got it. You want a BBQ burger? Yup. A burger served between two doughnuts with a fried egg on it? They got that too! If you're feeling fancy they have a wholeswath of fancy sauces and aiolis to put on your patty, a la carte. These folks rock. Give them your money. I implore you.
Beast Mode is one of the longer running food trucks in Huntsville that I'm aware of. Lately, they park a lot at various locations around UAH, which works out considering they accept Charger dining dollars. Nice perk for students. They usuallyhave one or two specials daily, as well as an array of specialty gourmet burgers. They also will sometimes offer pitas, chickensandwiches, and more. I've heard their brunch menu is supposed to be legendary, with some French inspired dishes. I would loveto try that. They have a convenient little online ordering system, which is how I ordered my lunch last week. One note Iordered for pickup at 11:25, but I got a text at 11:13 or so stating my order was ready. I'm not sure if that was a bug or afeature, but I couldn't get there until the time I actually asked for pickup, so I'm not sure if my food was waiting for me afew extra minutes or not. Luckily, it didn't get soggy, even if it was ready before I could get it. When I did arrive at thetruck, the lady who handed me my food was extremely pleasant and gracious. Lovely service! My food was boxed nicely and camewith plenty of napkins and utensils. I got a chicken bacon ranch sandwich one of my favorite sandwich combos ever. It camewith chips, though I saw on the menu board you can ask for cookies if you would like. I opted out of a drink, but they havebottled Coke products. My sandwich was very good. I believe I read that the chicken patty was hand formed. It was certainlyshaped nicely, very tender and succulent, with no extra fatty bits. There was abundant bacon and it was crispy and delicious. The ranch was a little more herbal tasting than I was expecting, but I really enjoyed it overall. My only critique is thatthere was a touch too much lettuce on the sandwich for me (made it a little watery), but I remedied that by picking the excessoff. I couldn't fix the fact that the ranch did eventually make the sandwich/bread a little soggy before
Some of the best burgers in town. I've gotten the french onion burger and Jack burger and both have really surprised me in the awesome flavor combinations.
Such a different concept to order from a virtual kitchen. Ours comes out of Ruby Tuesday’s in Scottsboro, Al.I also love the creativity in the package design. Will definitely order again!!
