I called with the intention to order my favorite beef Chow Fun (thick rice noodles). They didn't. Instead, I ordered my alternative favorite Singapore rice noodles that I order with chicken shrimp (no pork), with the only vegetables is green and white onions. They were amazing. So much taste, so much. It had the usual curry taste I expected, but there was something else I couldn't find out... a hint of oyster sauce? I have no idea. It was great. I would say one of the top 3 Singapore rice noodles I've ever had. The only drawbacks are that Singapore rice noodles usually come with chicken, shrimp pig, but they chose me. I chose beef, the part was smaller. You know about the containers it was the shorter Tupperware type container it costs almost $11. One last caution is that it was very spicy due to the chili that I could feel crispy in my mouth. They gave me a page of very spicy chili oil that I'm asking, which adds the unique taste in this special dish. Either I didn't care, but I'm sure my wife would have eaten it hard. Never mind. I'm glad I tried again because it seems to be under new ownership. It was formerly called China Palace. I've been there for a long time and didn't like it. It wasn't bad that the things I had were made just differently than usual, so they didn't taste right I had no intention ever to go back until I noticed the name changing. I'm glad I came back, I'll come back regularly for this court.
Love there Singapore noodles. Always long them on Tuesday to be closed there, but every business deserves a day off. Must add coconut shrimp to the menu. I get it in Chinese restaurant in pingree grove and it's great.
Beautifully fresh, loaded, crabs Rangoon. For my untrained taste buds, the hot and acid soup was some of the best I had. The meal was traditional and well prepared.
