Kashi Japanese - Huntington

Got sushi for two. Sushi was good but not the greatest. I would recomend choosing your specialty roll because we werent a fan of the chefs choice. Dark and loud with more servers than guest.

This restaurant is absolutely fantastic! Undoubtedly, it serves the best sushi I've ever tasted. My husband and I found it by chance, and we feel so lucky to have had such a wonderful experience. To make it even better, the owner, Benny, was incredibly welcoming and treated us like we were regulars. We truly felt like royalty—what an unforgettable experience!

I've been coming here for years and keep returning. It's definitely one of the best happy hour menus in Huntington! If you enjoy tuna, make sure to try the Amazing Roll – it's a must!
