I highly recommend the veggie reuben at this restaurant! It is made with roasted beets, melted cheese, and a sauce that may contain dairy. It is absolutely delicious!

I was able to request my sides without sauce, and the sausage can be served on a lettuce wrap for those who are gluten-free. The drinks are also excellent.

Cool industrial-styled German restaurant. The vegan brat was very tasty, but be sure to get the lettuce with it if you're vegan as the house roll is not vegan. The waitress we had was very helpful in guiding me through the vegan options on the menu. I'll definitely be back!
