La Parma - Huntington Station

As an Italian buongustaio I found nothing special of La Parma restaurant either the one in Huntington nor in Williston Park, the portions are very, big which attracts most of locals, but the quality isn't so great. In the real Italian tradition simple plates are for simple people, and I noticed very wealthy families dining there, now I understand how high very high prices can influence someone's mind and attract more customers showing with huge portions which an real educated person wont really accept the quantity but the quality. My question is how clever are the owners of these 3 chain restaurants, in a way I admire that, they made their brain work. I really do.
