I asked for a bowl he grabbed the container and before he asked me what I wanted him to stare for a good minute into the room, which also tipped me out with a big line behind me. also he was strange and his eyes were red. make sure that this man gets the help he needs.
I like that the staff member with the mask prepared my food. It looked way cleaner than the first time I went last month. The staff memver with the mask was also cleaning the food area that first time and I appreciated that. He seems to treat the workspace as he would likely want it as a customer. I was so happy to have him as my food prep person tonight.
Usually good but opened the bag and there was a baby cockroach. Should have taken a picture but I was so disgusted I killed it instantly out of fear of it being in my house.
I knew this place was going to be bad when the girl making my burritos 1) didn 't understand my question about the menu and proceeded to ignore my question and kept going bowl? when I was asking about the meat. 2) Wet ingredients were thrown over and onto the counter and then back on the burrito a few times... that really made me want to leave. I get the stray lettuce, but it was.. too much stuff touching the counter. 3) Didn 't know how to fold a burrito and they ended up more as a stuffed bun than a roll, held together by the foil. And I get my extras on the side, so there should be no reason for it to be hard to roll up. (Veteran Mexican food eaters, you know what I 'm talking about) Then came checkout. Charged and paid, then held me and said I had to pay 3 dollars more for some unknown reason. So when they wanted me to put my card in again for the extra 3 dollars I wanted to know why. They didn 't know why and kept circumventing the question, just that the register says I still 3 dollars. It was clear they had no idea what they were doing and the manager was making it to be my problem that I still owed 3 dollars. That attitude pissed me off. I literally have worked as a business analyst and the receipt made no sense to add extra charge at the end post tax. No identifying charge. I do not have a problem paying what I owe, but if you 're going to take my money, tell me what it 's for! If you can 't understand your system, why are you the manager? She had a flippant attitude and was just saying that the machine said I still owed, so I was going to be stuck there if I didn 't pay AGAIN screw it, I put in my card. 3 dollars just to not have to deal with incompetence is a small price. Lost my appetite with all the BS, disgusting handling of food and checkout. Never again. I came in because Chipotle gave me a BOGO for not eating at chipotle for months. And thanks to this, I remember why I stopped going. Their prices are only a 2 dollar difference at a nice restaurant with quality food and flavor, or same/lower prices for the authentic stuff just a mile away on New York Ave. Go somewhere else for the sake of your health and wallet. This place is gross all around.
First impression, spacious parking lot, enough space to find a parking space. Second as you walk into this chipotle you also find a good spacious place to order and sit eat. Food is good, typical chipotle as oppose to other chipotles that just miss the mark. Recommend.
