Mom and I came around 7:15 or so and wanted dessert after dinner and we saw Yogurtland, so we stopped by. My mom wanted to sample one of the flavors and one of the staff members was assisting a family adding the toppings, so when my mom asked, he said they don't allow taste tests (the little paper cups) anymore, but the amazing Ryan that was working on another task (cleaning the yogurt machines) overheard my mom and I saying that that didn't make any sense and he said he'll get her a spoon to taste test the flavor she wanted to try. Ryan stopped what he was doing and got my mom a spoon and once we were done getting our yogurt to get our toppings, the other employee was still assisting the family, so Ryan took it upon himself to help us out. Ryan went above and beyond for my mom and I tonight and it made my night. People like Ryan deserve more. He kept the place clean for the customers as they were closing up for the night. Shout out to Ryan for doing more.
I recently visited Yogurland and had an amazing experience, thanks to the outstanding customer service provided by Johanna From the moment I stepped into the store, Johanna's warm and friendly demeanor made me feel welcome and valued as a customer.Kudos to Johanna and the entire Yogurland team for setting such a high standard for customer service!!
Great Customer service ! Super clean environment compared to other Yogurtland 's I 've visited. I think I will be making this spot my go-to Yogurtland especially because of the Manager 'Gerardo ' he was very polite , provided great customer service and was keeping the store clean. Thank you keep up the good work !
Yogurtland in HP is nice, and it's big. It has free parking outside and lots of seating inside and a few seats outside. They have restrooms, too. I personally like putting my own toppings on my frozen yogurt, but this particular location does not allow that. The staff has to put the toppings for you. This can be good or bad depending on your preference. The staff stayed in the back outside of view even though they did great us when my friends and I walked in by greeting us. The downfall to that is that if you're not going to let me put my own toppings, then please stay in the front until after you charge me. Also, if you have a rewards program, please let them know, or you will not get your points. Staff was not rude, just young, and probably tired of being at work on New Year's Eve since it was late when I went. Yogurt itself and location were both good.
