Bidra med feedbackVery comfortable place to set casually without worries. Hookah is good, tea and coffee are classic. The owner is very friendly and knows many, if not all, of his customers. Good location with parking.
Your food is amazingly delicious and do it fresh in the store. But the store looks funny like a flea market collection and there are no seats. If they were to remove the garbage and offer a real café, that would be awesome.
The strands and croissants are delicious (especially when fresh and warm)! The owner is very friendly and really brings her to her business. Aesthetics is different because this place is in the Old World. Do not expect a modern look that means old world. It has its charm and I love this place as well as the coffee shop on the way!
Best candy shop in the area. I've never had such amazing strudels and the other baked goods and chocolates were just as good. We will definitely be back.
I have to try the apple strudel! This is a small bakery opposite the Old World Restaurant. I'm not a stalkman, but we went in and the friendly lady sold us on it. I ate something and went back for more! Apparently this is the Hungarian style, the Phyllo dough used instead of the thicker cake crust. So light and fluffy! Although they are covered with some powder sugar, I think they are not too sweet. She also mentioned that she used Fiji apples. All in all, recommended! $9 ea. I also tried the croissant and it wasn't bad, $3. You also have seasonal plum strudel from next week!
