This has to be one of the best restaurants in OC. They have excellent food, great service, and a nice atmosphere. I always look forward to eating at Basilico's and will enjoy coming back for years to come.

Just want to say my negative review has nothing to do with food quality, it is the best Italian you can get. It was all an issue with the service. I understood that we weren’t regulars but the entire night we just seemed invisible. We got one refill when eating our dinner, and when we got the check it took them so long to take it we just left cash and walked out. The food is great, and I would come again.
