Starbucks - Huntersville

The staff at this restaurant were extremely attentive on the morning of July 13th. We were greeted promptly and served quickly. An additional bonus was a sincere thank you as we left the building. Despite being very busy, they took the time to express their gratitude. Well done.

Carter absolutely made my day! I was searching for a special Starbucks cup for my mother-in-law, and he suggested the coolest travel cup. I am not exaggerating when I say that this young man has an incredibly pleasant personality. As a medical school student, I took note of the outdoor seating and plan to bring my laptop on a nice day to get some work done with a delicious drink. I highly recommend this particular location. Starbucks managers, please give Carter a bonus or raise because he epitomizes outstanding customer service!

The staff at this restaurant were very nice and helpful. However, I was disappointed to see that Starbucks, a company that is supposed to focus on sustainability, still had COVID restrictions in place in May 2022. I was given a cup of half-and-half with far more cream than I needed, resulting in unnecessary waste. Additionally, I was given sugar packets instead of a jar of sugar, adding to the amount of waste going to landfills. It's time to move past these restrictions and return to a more sustainable and normal way of doing things.

Given the insane volume here I can see how reviews could vary, but I saw a big team of folks working together really hard in the face of us probably 30 40+ people, all wanting our goods. And as 'MAK ' was keeping the mobile orders sorted, and giving clear spoken updates to our caffeine seeking horde, it didn 't hurt that she looks like a model. Got my multi item order correct and quickly.

Made a quick stop here. First time but the drinks were good and service was friendly and quick!
