Mcdonald's - Huntersville

Supposed to be open at t am it's 720 and not open . Very very bad management. Employee said manager not even there.

I don’t think there should be any reason of me sitting in the drive thru for over 30 minutes. we need to bring chick-fil-a service to this mcdonald’s!!!

Went to the drive thru to order a simple order of two burgers. We had no service for over 20 minutes at the speaker and after no response, I slowly make my way to the window. Where I was scolded to not pull to the window and to wait at the speaker. Horrible service; I was patient enough to wait and even thought of waiting more but I just could not stay there after that treatment.

Overall, I think it’s a really good restaurant and our family does eat out on weekends so in the morning they do provide excellent service and quality but in the afternoon the food does get a little worse but still good and you get some burnt and soggy fries here and there.

As always when I got my receipt I saw they didn't get the order right.
