Mcdonald's - Huntersville

Fast and painless. Very smooth and the line went very fast in the ride. Unlike most mcdonalds.

This was a good place to get the deep fried pies. Cheaper then the other options and fresh and ready. Unexpectedly friendly and welcoming staff

I would give a 0 but not an option. I sat at order line 2. And did not get any help. After 7 to 10 cars went past in the other lane I finally called the restaurant and they tried to get our order. After 3 people got on the Mic we finally got our order taken. Then to only get to the window to pick up our order and they asked us as they did all 3 cars in front of us.... to pull in a car parking space. They need help. If you need a job go apply. They must have been very under staffed. I have never seen it so disorganized. We just asked for a refund. And went on our way.

This is a good McDonald?s. Very clean and updated. They have digital ordering kiosks inside if you want to avoid human interaction. Kinda slow on my order and messed up my customization request so minus 1 star.

Every McDonald's I've been to lately just sucks customer service wise and timely food wise. Used the app expecting quick pick up, arrived and waited 20 minutes for a small fry and a drink.
