Jimmy John's - Huntersville

I ordered sandwiches for delivery to the office. Jimmy was right on time with the delivery, and everything we ordered was received correctly. This was my first time eating at Jimmy John's, but they have definitely won my business.

I went on a weekday at 5:00 and sat there and nobody came to take my order. I sat long enough to say hello three times. I'm a fan of the restaurant and I'll go on, but not at this point. Obviously, the work of the layer was not taken into account.

I love the old bread there. I use it for my cuban pork sandwiches that I make at home!

It was terrible. The service was more than rude, the bread was hard, they didn't even cut our 16. Although there was some meat in the sandwiches, so I gave them a star.

Today must have been a bad day; not only was my order 15 minutes too late; I called the restaurant for them to inform me that they had no drivers; I ended up picking up the order because it was not only my lunch break, but I also treated colleagues. When I came to the restaurant, it took about 10 minutes to recognize me; I asked for my bill to be adjusted because I paid for delivery, but since there was no manager present, I must wait; I hope for a full refund and not plan to use these Jimmy Johns in the near future
