Chili's Grill - Huntersville

My business partner and I visited the Chili's in Huntersville to mix business with pleasure. We were promptly greeted and seated upon arrival. The atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable, especially for a Monday evening around 5:30. Our waitress was attentive throughout the meal. We began with the Triple Dipper, which is always my favorite and delicious. I also tried the drink of the month, the Bacardi Beach Margarita. Our meals arrived quickly and were quite good. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and will definitely return to Chili's in the future.

This restaurant seems to be experiencing a staffing issue. When we arrived, there were only two tables with guests, yet we were informed that there would be a 25-minute wait for a table. We decided to leave instead. This delay suggests there may be a lack of kitchen staff or skilled cooks, which could lead to various issues. However, the lady who greeted us was polite, so I am giving this place three stars.

We had to wait about 45 minutes, but it was worth it. The food was delicious and our server was friendly and attentive.

We decided to give this location a last try, after the last takeout order was BURNT, my food was good this time but my fiancé asked for medium rare steak and Chilli cheese fries, the steak was well done and the fries had no Chilli, just bacon and cheese

Came to the Chili’s in Huntersville, NC on a Sunday afternoon. We didn’t have to wait long in line and all of the staff was very friendly. Everything was absolutely delicious. From the chips and salsa to the ribs. We will definitely be coming back soon.
