Taco Bell - Hummelstown

All burritos were smashed severely. tased okay but really smashed.

My Beefy Melt Burritos and my Soft Tacos were warm and delicious. im very thankful for Johanna she was nice and on time.

The waiting time for the car thru lasted over 30 minutes. 20 minutes to finally reach the loudspeaker. I know that this is probably due to a personal problem and a place close by not being open at this time. the personal was still nice and friendly.

Placed order online. Order was supposed to be ready at 6:50 for pickup. Got there and had to wait in the drive thru line. They don?t even start making it until you get to the order window. Did not get my food until 7:50. What?s the point of ordering ahead of I need to go through the drive thru line? Horrible service Taco Bell. Never going there again. Local restaurants have a better systems in place due to COVID. You?re a multi billion dollar company and can?t give better service?

Can't get an order right if you only ordered a napkin! Serial food abusers!
