Kfc - Hummelstown

Credit where credit is due, I've stopped here a few times for lunch over the past few months and every time the food was fresh and they never skimped on the side dishes. Such consistency is hard to find at most places like this these days. This is also one of the only locations I know of anywhere that allows dine-in.

This was our favorite place to stop and have lunch after shopping but haven't been able to do that for 2 years now since you can't dine-in. They are one of the last fast food to open their doors back up and I refuse to support them. Lack of help is lame excuse. The dining area only has about 6 tables!

Great friendly service, didn't need a drink with my combo meal and the gentleman reduced it. Food was good for the first time with KFC

It was so refreshing to be served by a young person with good manners. This young man apologized for any delay, but honestly, I didn't find the wait to be an issue at all—it felt completely normal given the number of cars in line. When we received our food, he even suggested that we enjoy everything we ordered, which is quite rare. I really wish I knew his name, as I can definitely see him being management material once he finishes school.

It was such a breath of fresh air to be served by a polite young person. This young man repeatedly apologized for the wait, which I actually didn’t find to be a problem at all. Given the number of cars in the drive-thru, the wait felt perfectly normal to me. When we finally received our food, he encouraged me to check that we had everything – something I rarely encounter. I wish I had caught his name because he clearly has great potential for a management role when he finishes school.
