Pho Dien 1960 - Humble

The broth here is flavorful. It’s a good mix of spices and very well balanced. I enjoyed everything including a good portion of meat. It’s definitely up there for decent pho in Houston.

THEIR SPEING ROLLS ARE SO SO AMAZING and the pho is also so good !! Definitely recommend only thing is the drinks are SMALLL LIKE A CAN OF SODA AND THEY CHARGE LIKE 5$ so get water lol they are also always super busy especially during lunch every table is taken that’s how you know it’s good
