Sonic Drive-in - Hueytown

This is my first star? Post? I am very disappointed about this place, maybe they were short or what, but tonight was just atrocious!!! My husband and I knew Fridays were the busiest, but ugh!!!!! We just wanted milkshakes and instead of going through the drive we moved into the park and order our food? lo and behold, this young lady came up as if she didn't want to serve us ..can she was tired?.can't? either so she would have tried to be a little more professional instead of being a hood rat!!! At first she said she couldn't hear us, she came out with a funny attitude, got our orders and LEFT?. We waited long before we decided to go easy!!! Come on Sonic!!! Really?? We will not return soon!! We're going to another area with people, class, kind and clock?? Thank you, but no thanks!!!!

Not busy at all, one car parked under awning 3 behind us to order. After sitting at speaker for at least 10 minutes with NO attention whatsoever we decided to pull up to window being that we didn't want anything cooked still no service. Sat there for 15 minutes noticing that employees took the orders of the cars behind us...totally ignoring us as we made multiple attempts to get their attention. So very disappointing of this Sonic to behave and treat us as if we were invisible and our money was worthless. This will not happen again and how I know it won't is because I will not bother them with my money. I will go elsewhere. Had such a high opinion of this establishment in the past!!

Ordered a milk shake online through their app, pulled up to the station put the station number in and waited over 30 minutes. Eventually cancelled the order. This was on Wednesday at 1:30 and they weren?t even busy ????. It is pointless to order from the App, once again order from the App 7/10/22 and I'm still waiting for a blast. Deleting the app, it's faster to just go through the drive thru ????????

Woo I was porached! It?s so hot and I needed something large iced cold immediately! So, I stopped at this Sonic to satisfy my thirst light appetite! Lol! The voice that came over the intercom was a young man, who was very pleasant professional. I placed my order for ?Route 44? (the extra large) Cherry Lemonade sushi sides! My order went through quickly a young server delivered it to my car. To my surprise my thirst was quirted when a medium drink came out instead of the gut busters that I had ordered! However, the young man immediately took the order back return with the correct order. He was very professional calm! I had to complement him about his demeanor gave him a tip! The surrounding was very nice clean. Music was playing outside over their system. I sipped on my huge icee and departed for my next errand in the hot heat! But, the cold drink sure helped! HAPPY EATING!

Sat at the drive thru, no answer after waiting...no one said ,please wait I'll be with you...so I drove off....probably need more workers, could definitely use some improvements-with the food handling and customer service. I hope this changes, because Sonics is a nice little place to enjoy some fun fast food.
