Bidra med feedbackI was sitting in my vehicle, ordered online to pick up at the counter, went inside to pickup, and the manager told me my food was already delivered outside. The other employee said he had already taken my order outside. Went thru this back and forth 3 times. Finally, my husband went insidegotten my order, and employee came out admitted he didn't give us order. But, the same employee lied to me manager 3 times, assuming he didn't want to get in trouble. The manager got rude to me my husband. It's not a good experience at all.
The food is always good, but seems like I can't get a smile from anyone.
Bought kids meal. Fries were cold cheeseburger looked tasted like it had been made the day before.
I went to this location on yesterday. The staff is horrible. The employee told me to drive around after taking my order. I asked her politely what is my total; I didn 't understand why that information wasn 't given. But she had an attitude when I asked for it. Her coworker also came to the window when I got around to pay stating she hates when customers ask for their total . I do believe your allowed to know what your paying for. The food was also terrible. I could have taken one or the other bad service with good food or bad food with good service. Overall 0 stars! Close the location!!!!!!!
Really hard to not give 1 star. Atrociously slow service. Some rude employees, a couple were nice. I don 't understand promoting black owned restaurants . It creates division the same way if white owners did it, which would be very controversial. Overall I 'll drive further to go to McDonald 's next time than to go to my local, unorganized McDonald 's. Do better. They have zero organization. The wait is longer than any McDonald 's in the Birmingham Metro area.
