I spent several days searching for a place in Paris where I could get a haircut in EnglishThen I gave up and just went here without an appointment.
A wonderful inexpensive little hair cuttery 15 euro with student discount! You should make an appointment, but they sometimes take walk ins.
Very nice experience.
