WOW! That was a great experience yesterday. I had reserved my wife and myself for the wedding day and we were (and are still) both very enthusiastic about the whole evening. Our expectations for “Spanish specialties” in Germany were limited by the experiences of recent years and far exceeded. Here you feel like moving. The offer is plentiful and is celebrated by the operators with their Spanish accent in every respect. Whether they explain exactly where the olive oil comes from, how it was processed and what the taste is, or the open wine, where the bottle was opened in front of our eyes only at the table, as well as a fluctuation of the winery and the cultivation area and its proximity to the sea and the associated effects on the taste. Here the kitchen understands what from its subject as well as the selection of excellent ingredients, the operators are very friendly but nevertheless not intrusive.
