Bidra med feedbackLocated near Hue Night Walking Street, this restaurant has some pretty tasty dishes if you lack your Mexican food supplement. Friendly staff and beautiful decor on the walls give this place an inviting atmosphere. We had a Burrito, Enchiladas, Tacos and Fajitas. Everything was good, but the Fajitas were the hands down the best! Oh, and the kids wanted dessert, so we also had ice sonores, very nice!
We visited twice in the course of our 3-day trip. The Mexican food is really good (as long as you've managed your expectations about Mexican food in Vietnam), the margaritas are yummy, and the dessert is good. You can give the burgers a miss. Friendly, professional service.
I love the food here. The nachos are very nice as well as the Vietnamese food. I had fried red snapper and it was a delight. My family and I basically gorged ourselves on the great food. The ginger tea was nice and the the mango margaritas were great. The chocolate cookie shake was fantastic. When you have a fussy teenager who doesn’t eat anything, stuff her face, then you know you’re onto a winner as well. They have a great variety of food. With local foods to pizza and pastas as well as burgers, and drinks from cocktails to beers, wines, spirits, soft drinks, as well as teas and coffees, smoothies and shakes, and fresh fruit juices. If you can’t finish your food, they’ll pack it for you to take away. He staff speak English, quite well and aim to please. I highly recommend this place.
After being in veitnam for 4 days and eating nothing but traditional cuisine my wife and i were dying to taste something different. Found this place on TripAdvisor and it didn't fail to disappoint. I don't normally like Mexican food or restaurants overly popular with tourists but would happily come back again. Friendly staff, clean and lively atmosphere and not to mention tasty eats.
The Bun Bo Hue (Hue beef noodle soup) here is decent; it has good quality beef, the soup tastes alright, most likely it was made with fresh chicken, not like the one used chicken powder at the over-rated Risotto restaurant. Came with small plate of green vegetables and lime, served on a cloth covered table and a cloth napkin, for VND 59,000 which is not too much in the Hue tourist area. Service was decent, friendly waitress spoke a little English. Clean and nice comfortable setting. I highly recommend this place over Risotto restaurant which is too over-rated by people with no taste. As seen in these photos before eating, there was reasonable amount of beef for the price (VND 59,000), soup looks and tastes OK with obvious chicken flavor perhaps from fresh natural chicken, not from chicken soup powder. If you're a foreign tourist who don't like to eat noodle at dirty street stalls then this place is a good choice, I am sure you can find better Bun Bo for cheaper price at filthy street stalls in Hue but the environment here is pretty decent and enjoyable. Latest addition: since this review I went across the street to try Kangaroo Hue's Bun Bo, it is better there and price is only VND 39,000, though it is a smaller bowl.
