Mr. Burger - Hudsonville

It will be a very long time before we go back to this location. The food was... less than desirable.We were overcharged, and the employee wanted to argue that we weren't overcharged until we had to prove to her of her miscalculation. She then waited until we were getting ready to leave to give a refund. Parking: Plenty of parking. Wheelchair accessibility: There is plenty of room for wheelchair and walker maneuverability.

Unfortunately Mr Burger is sliding downward in not only quality of food but also in service. They need to go back where they were a couple years ago. The prices have gone up and the quality has gone down.

We each ordered a double cheeseburger. Mine was cold. The patty was not cooked and the cheese not melted in the least. It tasted just aweful. The other burger was the same way. We can’t believe Mr. Burger served us those burgers. We took a couple bites and left the burgers. Burger King would have been better. The breakfasts have been great though. They should change their name to Mr. Breakfast instead.

Mr burger has the drive thru menu completely blocked by a pole. In the future move this where you can see it

This place refuses to honor special orders apparently. I’ve been here twice an ordered a gyro with extra sauce. I figured with a Greek family owned business they knew how to make a gyro! They don’t and both times I went and asked for extra sauce I was given barely any sauce and a very dry product! No mention of it on the receipt so I’m sure the person just said “yea” and disregarded the request! I wanna help local businesses! Can’t do it when it’s trash!
