Bidra med feedbackMy family visits this restaurant frequently, and we absolutely adore it. The food is consistently fresh and tasty, and the customer service is always outstanding! We love it so much that my young daughter actually prefers coming here over the Dairy Queen next door.
I was attempting to place an order for sandwiches when another staff member pressured me to choose my toppings before I was ready to finalize my order. She made some rude remarks and claimed that my delay was my problem. The employee was a short Mexican woman with an unpleasant attitude, and I believe she shouldn't be in a customer service role if she can't be patient. I think she needs to be let go. Additionally, the restaurant does not accept coupons, even though it clearly states that they do.
The app for ordering isn't always available in the morning for breakfast, and the staff struggles to follow instructions properly. When they get the order wrong, they can be quite rude instead of addressing the issue. It shouldn't matter who made the mistake; the focus should be on resolving the situation and ensuring the customer leaves happy, especially since fixing it often costs nothing.
Be careful when you request extra salt and pepper: you'll get them. It was a fine sandwich, but now I have heart disease. Womp-womp.
