Qdoba Mexican Eats - Hudson

When you have employees literally rolling their eyes at customer questions and making you seem like you’re an inconvenience for giving them your money there’s a problem.Food is AMAZING and the atmosphere is lovely but the staffs attitude and rudeness will ensure I never return to this location. I recommend you do the same to save yourself the frustration.Management needs to address the disrespect coming from their employees.

Edit: Customer service was excellent after hearing my review. Overall, I will be back.The food and price are great, but they don't turn the heat on here. It's 32 degrees outside and it's 32 degrees inside the store. It's been like this for at least a couple weeks. Can't enjoy sitting down to eat during my break.

The food is really good. The service is terrible. The workers there clearly hate being there. I almost want to apologize to them for ordering food there. I want to ask if they hate me. They make you feel rushed. If I had better options near me I wouldn’t go. But the food is good.

The food was average but I was disappointed that they didn't have any of the edible bowls. The cashier was fair but didn't even try to sell us drinks. The ice tea containers at the drink stand weren't assembled so no ice tea. The floor around the drink area was incrediblely sticky and many of the tables in the dining area were broken and laying on their sides. This was the first and last time for eating at this location. We were in town for an event so we'll just stick to the location near home.
