You can expect to wait in the drive-thru for at least 25 minutes, and I've even waited up to 45 minutes just to place an order, only to receive a cold meal when I finally get it. UPDATE: It seems there's been a change in management and staff because I've noticed some significant improvements recently. The drive-thru moves at a much better pace now, and they usually get the orders right. Plus, the staff is friendly.
