Bidra med feedbackFrom 2021: If you want to order online, show up when your food is ready, sit in your car for another 20 minutes while employees just talk inside with minimal other business, then not get all your food, come here!2024 update: I guess I forgot how awful this place is. I made an online order of mac and cheese, but when I got to the store fifteen minutes later, I was rudely told at the drive-through to go inside because we 're really busy and we 're still making it. The staff did not ask who I was, there was one other car in the drive-through, and no customers were inside. I walked in and found my order sitting on the shelf. Staff could have asked who I was and grabbed it, or at least included a fork. I have had consistently horrible experiences at this location and am not sure why it 's still in business.
On the upside, the new Chizza is sinfully delicious! A generous amount of chicken tenders topped with marinara, mozarella and pepperoni....it is my new guilty pleasure!On the way downside, it took 20 minutes to get my fast food despite ordering online in advance and receiving a message it was ready, only to stand in the store waiting and waiting and waiting. I would have appreciated at least a sorry for the wait but alas there was none. Maybe I 'll try a different location next time I need my Chizza fix.
There’s only one worker and she doesn’t care the food was bad dry and old. Horrible place last time here!!!
I feel so bad for the employees at this location. They are always short staffed and work so hard. Staff still remains friendly and apologetic when I pick up my order. Any staff that sticks it out there deserve a huge pay increase.
Terrible service, horrible how they treated us, they didn't want to sell us and sat down to eat leaving us standing waiting for them to serve us, super rude
