Was in at 11:40pm because I work over night at loves travel stops right down the street ordered two large caramel iced coffees with six cream and six liquid sugar and two Boston cream donuts. I got two large unflavored iced coffees with six cream and sixsugar there is about two tablespoons of sugar crystals at the bottom of these cups I also did not get to Boston cream donuts Igot two donuts with white cream in the middle. I was sitting at the window for 10 minutes waiting for her to take the order ofthe person behind me I'm sitting there watching her take this person's order and she's huffing and puffing and rolling her eyesmaking all kinds of hand gestures and hand movements. She seemed like she didn't want to be there and was just making what shewanted to make and putting whatever she wanted to in bags. Her name I think was keekee I couldn't tell really her name tag wason her hat.

Was in around 1:30 today, waited on by Robert I think that's his name, the ginger with the beard didn't seem to know pricing and tried to direct our orders. We had two separate orders, and informed him before we ordered. Once my parents were finishedRobert ran off to the back for a minute before talking to his coworkers. There were three or four girls working as well as amanager and we had to tell them four times there was another order before anyone came back. Really bummed, but I'll go ahead andgo up to Hermitage for Dunkin from now on.

To begin, unless given a reason, such as low supply, never should a Dunkin flat out refuse to make doughnuts after a certain time. Secondly, the manager Brian refused to answer 2 of 3 calls made in order to see if there was a reason, allowing the phoneto ring. This is the latest of let downs from this location. The city of Hubbard deserves better than this.

They never get the mobile orders right. I ordered a large hot coffee with cream and sugar and the coffee literally tasted like hot water with cream and sugar. Get it together
