Avli - Hubbard Woods

This was my first time and will definitely not be my last. Friends had suggested we try it, and it was great. Good choice of dishes and some great small plate items.

We won 't be back- the service was slow- a bottle of olive oil was on my chair and other than an I 'm sorry that was the only response- a free drink or desert would have been appropriate. The chicken skewer was dry, my martini wasn 't chilled, the pita with the hummus was hard- the baclava wasn 't good. It was also loud and hot on the patio.

Beautiful summer night on the patio. Excellent drinks and delicious Greek salad and spanakopita. I love their dressing. Entrees were very good. The timing of the meal and the service was excellent.

We celebrated our friend's birthday. When we sat down they asked us which guest was the birthday girl. The staff did a wonderful job waiting on us. After the main meal they brought over a slice of cheesecake for the birthday girl with utensils so we could share. No reminders needed! Great service. It made the evening enjoyable.

Knowing the owner, this has to be the best Greek in town!
