For now it is only for lunch, but it should open for dinner in the next few months. It was the first time we cuddled and it was great. But the restaurant is also the best option for other dishes for those who think Cuy is to be eaten cute
This restaurant was a surprising location on the way back from climbing Mt Ishinca (5530m). The Kay (guinea-Pig, grown up in New Zealand) was beautifully presented, tasty and tasted a wet bit like chicken. Definitely a unique and pleasant gastronomic experience! The whole restaurant was divided with a closed, modern, conventional restaurant near the street and then a gentle downhill to eat more al fresco lower slopes. Friendly service (we had Rodolfo as our ethnic locals to order for us), good food and great business... what could you want more?
We visited this restaurant during our trip to Huaraz. The food is enough of two people to eat and be full. I had Lomo Saltados Excellent. All the others had Cuy. The place was very crowded, so ALL of the food was fresh. If you like roasted pork as this is the place to eat.
Sin ir muy lejos de Huaraz, un sitio acogedor, limpio, economico y de excelente atención. Visitamos el lugar y a pesar de que estaba lleno de gente nos atendieron muy rapido y de muy buena forma. 100% recomendable.
Ambiente muy bien logrado , platos típicos muy ricos , atención esmeralda. El mejor lugar para comer en Huaraz.
