Jama - Huaras

We had an outstanding meal in Jama, the best we've had in our 3 months in South America! These two incredibly talented chefs are formally trained and have worked in the top restaurants in the country. They have decided to create their own restaurant in Huaraz and are just starting out in a cosy space a couple of minutes walk from the centre. On arrival, I asked if they had anything vegetarian on the menu. With a smile, the chef replied that they didn't but he could transform one of the dishes for me. What I received was phenomenal. I can also recommend the drinks, they are as well balanced and fresh as the food we received. To top things off, the whole meal was incredible value! I can't recommend this place enough.

Demasiado rico, el local es un poco pequeño porque el mismo chef te preparar el plato, pero el sabor y la innovación es la mejor !! Las 3 b! Bueno bonito y barato! Es una nueva idea!!

Buena comida lo mejor de la cocina peruana. Ya era hora de contar con un restaurante de este nivel en la ciudad de Huaraz.
