I have been going to Lucho Del Mar for about 10 years. Every meal I have had here is delicious. The fish is so fresh. I had the very best shrimp cocktail I have ever eaten in my life, the sauce was fabulous. The restaurant is located right on the seaside. It has a beautiful view of the beach and the pier. You can dine upstairs for the best view. Lucho and his wife Consuelo have owned this landmark restaurant for decades. One of them is usually there to greet you and make suggestions to suit your taste. Their staff has been with them a long time, Lucho and Consuelo are wonderful hosts. If you go to Huanchaco beach don't miss Lucho Del Mar!
