Il Vivo Italian Restaurant

This restaurant offers a huge menu selection. What’s fabulous is that they offer a lunch special so for $10.90 you can have pizzas and between $14-$18 you can have a huge selection of salads, fish, pasta and meat dishes. Friendly service and generous meals. Highly recommend Il Vivo.

My wife and I went there to have a pizza. We ordered a Margarita and a calzone, it wasn't the best but we enjoyed it. Our expectation about the pizza were very high as someone recommend it to us. Other meals served to tables next to us, looks very nice and really generous. We'll go back to try other dishes. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff, quick service.

I have been going to this restaurant for many years now was very disappointed in the service quality of the food the last time I went. My friends I meet regularly at this restaurant all of them said the same as me. The meals were smaller didn’t include as much as before were no where near as tasty as they used to be. The service was appalling. The waitresses didn’t listen to what people were ordering I got something different to what I asked for. Which left me waiting till everyone else has eaten before I even received my meal. I had taken a birthday cake candles. They brought the cake out with a few candles kept the rest of the packet, which I realised after I left. My friends I all agreed we will never go back there again I would not recommend anyone to go to this restaurant now.

Have been coming to this restaurant for 8 years now and their problems are still not even slightly improved. I have always enjoyed the cannelloni here but frequently before 7pm have none left! Like seriously how hard is it to have enough ingredients to last a full dinner service?? They are never willing to make modifications to the menu despite the limited options in some categories for a vegetarian. I still come here because the flavour is still good but continually unimpressed with the service.

Nice local restaurant in the Carnes Hill shopping com ppl lex..outer wall next to Dan Murphys. Been here several times and never had a bad experience. Love the freshness and flavour packed meals. My favourite is the cheese and spinach calzone. Good well priced nicely cooked Italian fare. Give it a go.
