Arby's - Howell

Spent 10 minutes waiting for someone to see that we went through, then it took 25 to get our food! 25 minutes! I get arbys can take a while, but by far this is the longest I've ever been waiting for. the people did not try to apologize for the long waiting period or explain what takes so long. I only see two workers, and they don't really only work together dancing and flirting. Finally, who I imagined to be the shift manager to ask them what we were waiting for and after 35 minutes they got us our food. by far the worst experience I have ever had in an almost food restaurant and not returned.

The staff and the manager were great, very polite and quiet under pressure during their dinner eile.

The gm has a really bad attitude. I understand that she doesn't like her job, but it's very inconspicuous and that's the second time within two weeks. I decided to go somewhere else because I was treated. I only give two stars because of the wonderful dame in the window.

What happened to this franchise? these are the 4th arbys I had a bad experience. this load, super SLOV drive thru, was here 19 min, and there are still 2 people in front of me! ... wait for them to come here the skillful response from arbys company, please visit our website and fill out this complicated form so that their further complaints cannot be seen online.
