Very well serve my wings where serve as I ordered them thanks to Geovan who took my order and was patient with me and the cooking staff to make them point.

My wife and I have ordered here in past no problem. Unfortunately our most recent experience will have us going to another location for now on. We ordered online and our food was not ready even after 1hr 30min. When we called we were told that our order was basically lost and that a new order would be ready in 18 minutes. When we went to pick up our food it still wasn’t ready. Come to find out our receipt was left by the register unattended. We still had to wait a whole hour to get our food in which we were told would be ready. Mind you while we were waiting they were goofing off and laughing in the kitchen. We finally got out food after waiting for a hour, and was only offered a free ranch for compensation which is comical. When we got our food, we had little bbq sauce so we asked for more. They had the nerve to charge us for it. When we asked for corporate’s number over the phone, the lady on the phone asked for our name and we told her our situation. She responded with “no you didn’t” and put us on hold. My friends and I will NEVER come back to this location again. I’ll drive to Richmond ave, or south post oak before I go here again.

Worse food ever. We order online since we are time limited to 30 min for lunch. We ordered for our office. All the fries were cold and soggy. Wings were cold and lacking flavor. No Ranch for the whole order. Sodas Flat like freaking water. Call to talk to the manager for them to say to bring all the food back. HOW?? Lunch break is over. They could have done way better than that. Nasty attitude. Worse food service and management ever!!

My food was very cold the work was very nasty it was a young lady didn’t get name but she should be fired never again.the manager should be a shame of these reviews

Unprofessional counter staff. They had attitudes. Not my fault y'all were slammed with orders.Unsanitary Seen kitchen worker while saucing someone's order wipe something off his arm and just return to messing with the chicken inside of washing his hands. Already they not wearing gloves.
