Bidra med feedbackI’m not sure who’s idea was to have a bunch of “kids” run this establishment but it sure was not a good one. It’s great to give young people a job but the ones at this place have not one bit of customer service skills, and more than skills, I think it’s just common sense, but they don’t have neither. Even when greeted by my teenage son, the person at the register ignored him and asked what was he ordering. We were the only ones and yet the food took forever to be ready.

Soon as you walk in you have employees sitting down and some even sitting on the counter. I called my order in at 10:10 it was only me and one other guest inside. They stated my food would be ready in 10-15 minutes. I didn’t actually get my food to almost a whole 50 minutes later they don’t close for a whole hour yet the worker was cleaning the fryer instead of making the food. This Wingstop used to be good now it has really gone downhill
This location has went down hill dramatically. They have kids back there who don’t know what they’re doing behind that fry or register. I also placed my order and arrived after 25 min for them to tell me they barley started order. I love Wingstop so this is very frustrating!
I have always had a great experience coming here! They are very consistent, and I can't remember when, if ever, they messed up an order.
