Wings N More - Houston

It?s been years since I?ve ate here well I recently went here for my birthday and food is decent. Not gonna lie though the traditional boned in wings are so small now cause as I was ordering one of the customers that was sitting in a table across from us as I was ordering I saw his wings and sheesh they were small and honestly the boneless wings now are bigger than the traditional boned in wings I mean they use to be bigger than the boneless No wonder he ordered like almost 40 or more. So after I saw that I decided to order the boneless wings and like I said it?s decent still had a great birthday dinner and customer service is decent. Still will come back sometimes

Overall, everything was fine. The staff were super friendly and happy to greet us, but their wings were not as great as the internet put it out to be. It was pretty dry and the chipotle sauce was too sweet. Also ordered a medium, but it was more spicy than I thought it would be.

Love this location. They have great staff who are constantly checking on you. I love the lunch specials. I always order the chicken strips dry with Buffalo sauce on the the side to dip it. It come with curly fries and a soft drink for $9.99 Our server is named Dulce and she is wonderful. The Manager also checked on us from time to time. I highly recommend this place over Brewing's.

WORST SERVICE EVER. Had arrived to the drive through line at the start of the hour and when said hello to the speaker phone the attendant multiple times said please wait in a span of 20 min of me and other customers then when getting to window after another 10 min of trying to get the attention of drive through attendant I get asked what my order is and then she goes to look for order for another 15 min and comes back with nothing then says it?s almost ready. I asked for the manager and explained to the manager that me and other clients have been waiting for almost an hour on just food she says nothing and just asks me if I?m gonna get food and how I?m going to pay. I understand the stress of working in fast food but to be shrugged off when I?m ordering for my family that they requested is honestly rude. The most embarrassing part is the people in back of me honking also trying to get the attention of the attendants and that the order is even correct at all.

I did an order trougth door dash, when i open the box it had a white hair, i called the restaurant direct and manager said they couldnt do anything, didnt offer any kind of solution for this.
