Watson's House of Ales - Houston

To start with the only negative: the filet for the fish and chips was more like half a filet. If I went again, I would pay the extra couple dollars to get two filets. But that being said, it was good, and my date enjoyed her chicken Mac and cheese a lot as well. Good beer selection, along with the cocktail menu, and a bartender who is happy to improvise if they happen to be out of something. Waitstaff is friendly and attentive. Vibes are extremely laid-back and welcoming. I recommend it.

A regular on our lunch rounds, the burgers are great and I have had almost all of them including the one with peanut butter and jelly!!! All are tasty and the regular ones are awesome Fries and onion rings are great too though often I sub a side salad. We also get apps with drinks after work as well, It is a lively spot and the pub atmosphere is authentic

Yes! Better than anyone else is doing it. Awesome burger fries. Very nice inside. Great service.

Great good, crispy tater tots, sweet potato fries, and nothing beats half price burgers on Wednesdays!
