Bidra med feedbackThe lady who helped me was extremely nice, I was a little skeptical to go because of all the bad reviews But I'm glad I went. Whatever staff they had before isn't the same people that they have now. So I'm happy that the nearest subway to me is clean, friendly and provide great service.
Please don't go here. I understand subway isnt a JerseyMikes or any of the other quality commercial sandwich places so you pay for what you buy. But at least try a little. I ordered an oven roasted turkey with cheese. The guy serving me proceeds to put enough slices to cover the bread. So in a foot long, thats probably about 6-8slices if your really trying to just cover one side. Then when he puts the spinach, tomatoes, and onions on, it barely covers up any of the bread. Its like he was just checking boxes so he could say he followed up on the order. So the end product is 80% bread and 20% filling. Not expecting they would do anything about this. Just warning others.
The order was pick up. Order was made 60 minutes before due time. Went at due time, the crew had not even started the order. Had to wait 30 minutes beyond the due time. Then took order home, and the protein on the protein bowl wasn't even cooked, they gave 2 bits of lettuce,etc. Essentially, terrible customer service,and terrible food service. At least the guy giving us our food was apologetic,so he knew......I love subway but will not be coming to this store anymore
Kayle and adam we had great conversation while he prepared my sandwich a thought was a wonderful experience. I would come back again.
My daughter ordered us lunch curbside. I set outside for 10 minutes when the app said my order was ready. We called 3 times and a rude woman finally came out with the wrong order. My daughter drove back to return it and the woman, Maria, took the sandwich and refused to give her a refund. I called and asked to speak to the manager and was hung up on. Then she took the phone off the hook. $18 stolen!
