Great, unique food. Everytime I come I try something new and am impressed. Would still come every other week if we didnt move. Gabriel was very helpful, great customer service as well.

I ordered on uber eats. The food arrived in a timely manner. I ordered a gyro plate. The pita was fresh and warm. I had requested extra tzatziki on the side with none on the gyro.There was TONS on the bottom of the pita. Soggy and disgusting. I did get the extra on the side. It was tasteless- basically just yogurt.It also had 2 small pieces of burned, very dry pieces of meat, old brown edged lettuce, GIANT chunks of tasteless tomatoes and huge chunks of onion. This wasn't at all what I was dreaming about. Nothing authentic about it. The fries might have been ok but were stone cold. Clearly not prepared for my order. I really do my best to support Mom and Pops and I realize everyone is having a tough go but this is no way to keep customers. So sad.

Have updated this review to reflect the recent interactions at Simply Greek/SB Burger Shack. Food has been OK as of late, not what it used to be. Staff has been arguing and visibly unhappy the last few times I've been in to pickup. So sad, this used to be such an enjoyable place to grab dinner!

I come here once a month but will be my last time back. Walked in and employee was on his phone watching something...didn't even look up to greet me. When I checked out, the employee told me they don't get electronic tips and cash only. Although they almost forgot part of my order, I ended tipping $10 cash still for a $40 order because I feel bad that the employees don't get tips from credit card. Came home and my sides were all wrong. Supposed to have rice with spinach and my wife got sweet potato fries. They gave us regular fries on both orders which were cold and soggy. Called to ask for a refund and they offer to give me one free meal next time I come back which will be never.

I have been to Simply Grewk a few times. Usually pretty good. I got delivery tonite and was kind of sorry. I got the gyro and fries. I live 5 minutes from their location and the food was delivered very quickly. The fries were stone cold and inedible. The meat on the gyro had an almost jerky texture. Very overdone, hard and cold. I could tell the pita itself had been heated recently as it was warm. I didn't really enjoy the huge chunks of tomato nor the large chunks of brown edged romaine. The special instructions were overlooked completely. C'mon people.
