Bidra med feedbackThis location was very interesting. They closed at 9:30 and at 8:30 they were packed and there was a wait. That’s OK. I was just surprised. We ordered the New York strip and the baby back ribs. The New York strip was different. I don’t know where they source their beef but it was a strange texture. It was super tender, juicy, and flavorful, but didn’t look or feel like any New York strip I’ve had before. I ordered it with mashed potatoes and the plate came out like everything was thrown together in a cafeteria line. I mean how important is it the plate looks good? It’s not that important to me but I did note that it was sloppy. The baby back ribs tasted really strange. I guess they use pumpkin spice? Definitely not what we were expecting or liked. Had to send it back. They accommodated us no problem. Lots of business groups there. I wouldn’t call this a date spot but more a “Guys traveling for work” eating out spot. I’m a member of the Landry select club so I get reward points when I go there. That’s probably the largest benefit for me. I love going to dinner and getting $25 off. I’m not sure how I earned the rewards, but you give them your phone number, and I always seem to have some. I really love the rewards programs. Landry select club is a great one.

Went last night for dinner, was seated right away. Was acknowledged by waitress but then she didn't show back up for about 30 min. When I started to call over the Maitre D, the waitress returned and the Maitre D just backed up. Didn't ask if everything was OK, didn't attempt to help the waitress who was obviously overwhelmed. Our order was not correct. We did not get served our drinks until our dinner and happy hour were over. Disappointed in the lack of management support that should have been given to the waitress. Instead I feel like she was left to fend for herself. Food was mediocre.
I had a wonderful experience today my server Criscell was awesome. She was very attentive and was able to discuss the menu with me. While I was there one of the servers showed kindness to a gentleman that was having difficulties locating the restroom. It was obvious that the gentleman had some health issues. The server was observing the man and ask him if he needed assistance. When the gentleman responded the server walked him to the restroom door. The servers gesture made my day and reminded me that kindness still exists. I really hate I'm not able to remember his name but Criscell knew him. Thank you Saltgrass for a wonderful lunch.
Only things is prices went up about $10 more from the last time we have ate here. That was about 6 months ago. Still a great place to eat.
