Bidra med feedbackAmazing Pho I have the special Pho with extra Thai meeting. It was delicious and for the price, it was simply amazing, definitely a must go if you like Vietnamese food.
You sit super fast, your order will be taken immediately and the food will come quickly. This is a very fast food, but cheap and tasty! The fresh lemon drink is like in Vietnam. I had to have two. I had the Veggie bread that had more taste, and it was nice to have carrots in it. But the noodles and other vegetables were great, and I would definitely go back.
I fought here for lunch. Could have been a little cleaner, but Pho was very good. Fair selection in the menu. There are other dishes, including bungalow’ (vermicelli bowls) etc.
If you want to get a good quality Beef Noodle Soup (Pho Bò or Vermicelli (Bún , you want to travel to Chinatown. If you don't want to travel so far, Pho Saigon is your best bet. The Pho here is great, and the noodles they add are not sticky and hang together like other pho sites. The noodles easily separate in the broth and the meat quality is beautiful. If you do not want soup because Houston weather is quite hot, you can always go for the Vermicelli with carbonated meat (I like to get the chicken. Best, the prices are fairly cheap, so you really get a lot of bang for your buck. If you are a new viet in town, you can trust this place as my friend is Vietnamese and her family loves this place too. Just Pho down the street is also good, but I would definitely prefer Pho Saigon. Order: #12 Pho Tái Chín (Beef noodle soup with eye round steak and well made lean meat $5.15 for a small bowl and $6.15 for a large bowl #67 Bún Gà Nuong Cha Giò (Vermicelli with fried chicken and fried eggroller $6.50 Pros: Value Fast Service Private parking (this includes a ramp to the 2nd floor with more parking
For authentic phở bò at reasonable prices, Phở Saigon is the place to go. Nestled into the corner of the Mekong Center on the corner of Milam and Dennis, it's a quick and easy down-and-back lunch destination for downtown workers. All traditional options are available here, including eye of round, flank, soft tendon, fatty brisket and tripe. The large bowl for $6.75 is hard to beat. Try the phở tái nạm gầu gân sách, which has some of everything. The bún (vermicelli noodle bowl) is very good as well. Recommend the bún thịt nướng chả giò, charbroiled sliced pork and fried egg roll, for $6.95. Go for the added fried egg option for just a little more.
