Mcdonald's - Houston

Attitude was real bad 1:25 am the lady with her hair in corn rows and the cook in the back had a attitude as wellI didn't know that they were doing mobile orders only. I go here almost every night.I wii not be going back

I visited this McDonalds today and I must say that the gentleman that took my order has great customer services skills!!! He was very cheerful and friendly. I give him a 12 on a scale from 1 to 10. Thank You Chase.

Customer service is subpar, the dining area isn't very clean, and my wife and I got food poisoning within a few hours of eating here. After talking with some of the nurses on my son's floor, it turns out that's a pretty common issue with this McDonald's. Word to the wise, don't eat here.

No mcdonalds serves good food or has decent service, but the mcdonalds that serves the patients, doctors, nurses, and visitors at Texas Children’s Hospital is exceptionally bad!! Staff is NEVER friendly and always a huge group of people waiting to get their food after waiting in line to order. Lots of people are stuck at tch for medical reasons and have no other options. All of the staff seem to hate their jobs so do them a favor and install kiosks so customers can order their own food. Do better mcdeez AND TCH for the sake of those stuck at tch!!

When I walk up and grab my food which was suppose to be a table order where they bring it to your table I had to walk and get it. When I get to the counter to grab it the woman doing the orders is over by fries walks past my bag to start taking the next order and makes me wait the few minutes while she takes the order before handing me bag when she could of just handed it too while she walked by it because I asked her for it when she was by fries
