The hotel was beautiful! And the service was fantastic above the top. They brought us a mini fridge to keep our personal fleet cold. The Valet was extremely fast. What really covered it, my friend was two shirts in the room when we checked out. Someone dropped the ball and didn't send my shirts after I let them know what happened. When I called to let the reception know, the man who worked the counter fell the shirts in the post this day and then sent me the tracking number! Overall, nice hotel, amazing service.

For our COVID honeymoon we had a great “use” here. It was very clean and the whole place is beautiful. The rooms were immaculate and we felt very safe to stay here during the pandemic. We loved that we could go to Houston's skyline district to so many big parks and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Every request has been answered within minutes. I recommend Hotel Alessandra!

My stay at Hotel Alessandra this weekend was phenomenal! All employees were very accommodating! The pool was fantastic, clean, Serene offered a beautiful view of the city! The location is perfect to do so many walkable things nearby. The room is well lit with natural lighting, comfortable bed amazing bathroom with a fabulous bathtub!! I would definitely recommend staying here!

My friend and I were here last year for our anniversary. I had mentioned at the booking that it was sold out for our anniversary, I really didn't think much of it. They made sure our stay was nice and checked for us. We had a nice time, and the rooms are beautiful. Best time.

Excellent place to stay in Houston. Recently stayed with a group of friend and would definitely recommend to anyone. The staff are wonderful and very welcoming. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. Great location, close to many music/event venues. The room is nice and spacious. The bathroom is great! It has a big walk in shower with a rainfall shower head. The view from our room was great. The beds in the room were a little stiff and uncomfortable for my personal preference. Overall our stay was excellent.
