First Watch - Houston

It doesn’t look much from the outside, but inside First Watch, the decor is neat, and restaurant is clean. My server was cheery. She greeted us with a big smile.We had their signature lemon ricotta pancakes, and carnitas breakfast tostadas from the summer menu. The morning meditation juice was a great complement with the food. The pancakes were huge and in a stack of two. They were fluffy and fragrant. The creamy lemon curd was perfect. Absolutely love these pancakes. The tostadas was topped with fresh ingredients, and presented appetizingly. All the ingredients came together well. Delicious.I would come back again for sure!

Not much to say other than great food and service. Try their new tropical drink but ask for no ice... I got like 60% ice and 40% juice ?

First Watch has many delicious, yet healthy options! The breakfast is super tasty nutritious! I suggest getting the Lemon Ricotta Pancakes Farmhouse Hash! (my top favorites) The service here is good nice breakfast-brunch ambiance! It's a little bit loud but if you don't mind, the food is excellent!

This is a great spot for breakfast. Despite being quite busy, the service was attentive and efficient. The food was excellent, though slightly pricier than average, but still reasonable given the quality. I enjoyed a lovely breakfast with my daughter and had a wonderful time. I’ll definitely be coming back; I really like this place. Food rating: 4/5.
